About the role

As a Barista / Server at Overflow, you'll provide great service to guests — serving food and drinks with warmth and attention, and learning the craft of specialty coffee as you go.

This role suits someone who loves coffee, enjoys talking to people, and wants to learn everything there is to know about specialty coffee and cafe service. You'll start as a server, with a clear path to becoming a barista.

What you'll do

Serve food and beverages to guests at tables and at the counter
Keep the bar, cafe area and seating spaces clean throughout the shift
Take part in daily opening and closing tasks
Explain our beans, brewing methods and menu to curious customers
Handle billing efficiently on the POS system
Restock supplies and flag inventory needs before they run short
Give warm, friendly table service and make sure guests leave happy

What we're looking for

Passion for hospitality, coffee, and serving others
Friendly, team-oriented and punctual
Willing to learn and grow with the brand
At least 1 year of restaurant experience (barista experience is a bonus, not a requirement)
Based in or able to commute reliably to Sushant Golf City
