Adam Kissinger, co-founder of Overflow Coffee, spent years managing specialty coffee shops across the United States before moving to Lucknow with his wife Carly. Adam and Carly both holdSCA (Specialty Coffee Association) certifications all the way up to the professional level. This is one of the most rigorous standardized programs in the global coffee industry.
What makes this unusual: Adam is not just certified as a barista. He is a certified SCA trainer. Every barista working at Overflow has been trained by him, on-site.
This means the latte you order on a Tuesday morning will be the same as the one on a Saturday evening. The pour-over will be brewed with the same precision regardless of how busy the floor is. Consistency is not only a promise, it is a result of how the team is built.

Have been eyeing this place for quite some time and finally got the chance to visit—and I was genuinely impressed.
The ambience was calm and peaceful, complemented by the soothing aroma of freshly brewed coffee.
We ordered a Caramel Latte and Iced Dark Chocolate Mocha, both of which were excellent and perfectly balanced. The mini croissants served alongside were incredibly buttery and delicious.
The Chicken Smash Burger was hands down the best we’ve had till date—absolutely a must-try. The Arrabbiata Pasta was equally impressive.
A special mention to our host Adam, who was warm and welcoming, making the experience even better.
We’ll definitely be coming back to explore more of their brews and food. Highly recommended if you’re in the area!

We really enjoyed the relaxing and peaceful atmosphere of Overflow.
The coffee and food were excellent! We had the smash burgers and Chipotle bowl, and everything was absolutely delicious.
It’s also a great place to get some work done, thanks to the spacious layout, ample seating, and easily accessible outlet plugs throughout the cafe.
We will definitely be coming back again!
