A 2-hour, hands-on workshop on the AeroPress and French press.
You don't need expensive equipment to make good coffee at home. You need a scale, the right grind, and a method you can repeat. In this workshop you'll brew with both an AeroPress and a French press, taste how they differ, and leave knowing which one suits you and how to use it.
A solid foundation in espresso, in one day.
A one-day course in barista basics. It covers the theory and the practical skills you need on the job or at home to make great espresso and espresso-based drinks.
You finish with the SCA written exam and a practical assessment. Pass both and you receive an SCA Barista Skills Foundation certificate.

You have your coffee, but you can't get it to taste right. In this workshop you'll taste why a cup goes sour or bitter, then fix your own cup by changing one thing at a time.

Yes. The SCA Barista Skills Foundation certificate is included in the ₹23,600 course fee. There is no separate charge for the certificate when you pass the written exam and practical assessment.
The SCA Barista Skills Foundation course is ₹23,600 including 18% GST (₹20,000 + ₹3,600 GST). You pay a ₹5,000 deposit to book and the remaining ₹18,600 at the cafe on the day.
No. It's designed for anyone from complete beginners to working baristas who never had formal training on the basics. Teaching is in English, with Hindi explanation available.
No. Workshops are short, hands-on sessions to help you make better coffee. The SCA certificate comes only with the SCA Barista Skills Foundation course.
Workshop deposits (₹750) are fully refundable if you cancel at least 48 hours before the workshop. The ₹5,000 SCA course deposit is refundable until Saturday 24 October.
No. Brewers, scales, kettles, coffee and cups are all provided. Bring a phone if you want to take notes.
Yes. Each person needs their own booking, as seats are limited.
