Adam is the co-founder of Overflow Coffee, Lucknow's specialty café dedicated to exceptional brews and community-driven coffee culture. With hands-on experience managing coffee shops across the United States, Adam brings a rare combination of operational depth and genuine craft obsession to every cup he serves and every class he teaches. An authorized trainer certified by the Specialty Coffee Association (SCA), one of the few in India. Adam has spent years studying the science and art of coffee, from origin and roast to extraction and flavour. His approach blends formal training with a relentless curiosity, always exploring new techniques and pushing the boundaries of what a great cup can be. At Overflow Coffee, Adam channels his expertise into education, hosting interactive sessions that invite both beginners and enthusiasts to discover specialty coffee up close. His writing reflects the same philosophy: honest, grounded, and rooted in a belief that coffee is best enjoyed when you truly understand what's in your cup.
